All I received is a stick. No mobility routine 🤷🏾‍♂️

I cannot download this to my computer as it is from an infected site. I’ve tried multiple ways, but cannot download.
So now I have a pretty useless curtain rod.
And was the special MYSTERY GIFT a computer virus?
WTF?

is it supposed to get when you receive the Nordic stretch

could be a little longer the balls in the end are good, but they fall off too easily and I never did receive the digital workout plan and now can't get a hold of anybody

Never received I guess they lied when I ordered it. I guess that’s a kind of company they are you buy something and pay for it but they never ship it to you. Checked off and no they didn’t ship me what I bought.

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I never received the item. If you’re going to market this product as easy to use there should be a manual or videos that come with the purchase

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I never recd the item. ordered, confirmed, and paid and weeks later when i asked where my item is, they told me it had left their hands and it’s in the shipper’s warehouse. I told them to cancel and refund but they said they are unable to cancel because it shows fulfilled from their end. They offered a 10% discount or $6,90 which can’t even buy a cup of coffee these days. Don’t waste your time or money.
It’s not worth the time or aggravation. They were so quick at confirming the order and taking the money but the customer service is sadly not there.

I do not appreciate receiving the stick with “no video” beginners class for using the stick. It should have been included as opposed to bilking the customer for more money on how to use. The 8 minute clip is not sufficient . So, we’re expected to read the ebook and figure it out instead of a video to teach the visual use of the stick. I’d rather have paid $100 dollars (extra $25) up front to include the video class instead of being coerced to spend additional monies to help timely effective use of the tool. After the purchase of the class I will not purchase from Nordic in the future.

All you get is the stick,
And it’s going to take a few weeks as well…

It would be easier if I had the so called plan- but they then try to hook you with a subscription…

Why can’t someone just sell the product instead of trying to get you into a subscription…

Everything it is reported to be helps strech safely especially as you get older. Very happy
