Mobilitätsmatte

I use it in my living room every evening. It has enough cushioning that my wrists and knees don't ache anymore during longer stretching sessions.

I originally bought it just to go with the Mobility Stick, but I've started using it for stretching, bodyweight workouts, and even meditation. Gets used almost every day.

The texture gives you plenty of grip without being rough on your hands. Small detail, but it makes a difference.

Really impressed. You can tell it's made to last.

I've tried quite a few exercise mats over the years. This one has a nice balance, not too squishy and not too firm. It stays flat and doesn't curl up at the corners.

I've been using it every morning with the Mobility Stick for about two weeks now. The grip is excellent, and I don't have to keep readjusting the mat while stretching anymore. It rolls up easily too, which I really appreciate since I don't have much storage space.
